Sales & Service Agent - French (m/f/d)

Your responsibility:

  • Support, consulting and sales: By telephone, e-mail, chat for France and rest of Europe and in-store (Hanover)
  • Processing of quotations, orders, warranty claims
  • Preparation of offers/orders
  • Sales activities, consulting and presence on shows, internal and external events (if necessary also abroad and on weekends)
  • Translation of product texts, marketing texts from English or German into French


Your profile: 

  • Previous experience in sales with technical/automotive background will be preferred, ideally having a completed apprenticeship
  • Independent and structured working habit
  • Experience with computer and online platforms (e.g. Amazon, Magento, Zendesk)
  • Technical understanding and enthusiasm for high-quality products
  • Business fluent verbal and written French communication skills mandatory
  • Very good communications skills in German or English required
  • Dutch communication skills is a considerable advantage
  • Resilient, communicative, flexible, team player
  • Willingness to travel
  • Willingness to work Saturdays
  • Driver's license - passenger vehicle

Territory Sales Representative Benelux (m/f/d)

Your responsibility
General

  • Market feedback on Front Runner products to Front Runner HQ
  • Liaise with the finance team, warehousing and logistics departments as appropriate
  • Ensuring total customer happiness
  • Stay on top of trends and changes in the 4x4 and outdoor world
  • Attend regular sales meetings
  • Sales activities, consulting and presence on shows, internal and external events (if necessary also abroad and on weekends)

B2B

  • Develop opportunities, new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, sales channels for the brand
  • Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these needs
  • Ability to think strategically - setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business together with the implementation of a sales program to meet sales targets
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department to meet B2B customer demands and opportunities to be more visible
  • Develop relationships with all customers and partners
  • Servicing the current B2B customer network and maintaining existing relationships
  • Closing sales opportunities
  • Arrange showroom open days, club and other networking days
  • Visiting dealers and setting a dealer visit schedule (one month in advance)
  • Maintain and update B2B customer & sales data
  • Customer support and service to the B2B network
  • Attend shows, exhibitions, club days, dealer Saturday support days and support dealers with their marketing and sales activities as required
  • Visit relevant industry shows and exhibitions to network with industry partners
  • Relationship management with B2B network

B2C

  • Support, consulting and sales: By telephone, e-mail, chat for Benelux and rest of Europe (if applicable)
  • Processing of quotations, orders, warranty claims
  • Preparation of offers/orders
  • Translation of product texts, marketing texts from English or German into French/Dutch (if necessary)

Your profile

  • Previous experience in sales - at least 3-5 years’ experience in a Sales Environment
  • Languages - English, Dutch &/or French (at least one language as your first language, English mus be business level)
  • Professional, dynamic, motivated and outgoing personality
  • Independent and structured working habit
  • High affinity for IT programmes, online platforms and good administration and organizational skills
  • Technical understanding and enthusiasm for high-quality products
  • Resilient, communicative, flexible, team player
  • Maintain an enthusiastic approach to the outdoor lifestyle and equipment for vehicles
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service support skills
  • Good phone contact handling skills and strong written and verbal communication skills as well as active listening skills
  • Customer orientated and ability to handle conflict type situations
  • Punctual, organized and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and good time management and reporting skills
