OUR RETURN POLICY

RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

If you would like to make a return or exchange, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST ([email protected] | 011 466-0155).


RETURNS

Front Runner purchases made at FrontRunnerOutfitters.com/en/za can be returned for any reason within 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware and or accessories.

After 14 days, non-warranty related returns are at the SOLE DISCRETION of Front Runner. Read more about warranties here https://www.frontrunneroutfitters.com/en/za/warranty

If the reason for your return is not because of a Front Runner error, shipping costs, incurred by Front Runner may be deducted from your refund. Please note: if you return an item and did not originally pay shipping costs, the shipping cost incurred by Front Runner will be deducted from your refund.


EXCHANGE

If you would like to exchange your items for something else, please return to us for a refund and place a new order for the product you want at the same time. All items that you would like to exchange must be in a new, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware and or accessories.

When choosing a shipper to return products, keep in mind that Front Runner cannot be held liable or responsible for items lost in transit. We recommend using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

Please indicate your Front Runner invoice number clearly on the shipping label.


REFUND

After 14 days, non-warranty related returns are at the SOLE DISCRETION of Front Runner. Products must be shipped to our warehouse and will be checked. If your returned product has been checked and the products are not in a new, re-sellable condition, a repackaging, restocking, and/or damaged goods fee may be deducted from the refund or the product will be shipped back to you. We strongly urge you to repackage the products with care. If you need advice on how to re-pack the gear, please contact us.

It generally takes 3 – 5 days after the package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be processed and a credit to be issued. As soon as the return is processed you will get an email confirmation.

you order before 12 noon local time, Monday to Friday, your orders will ship the same day. Orders placed online Friday afternoon through Saturday, will ship the following Monday. We do take major holidays off - and hopefully you do too!

Our inventory is live. If you can buy it, we have it in stock. If an item says out of stock: it's out of stock. Please contact us and we can let you know when we expect that item in.

Our products are shipped via Aramex who are a door-to-door delivery service.

SHIPPING DAMAGE & MISSING ORDERS

It happens. While our packaging is designed to keep your gear safe on its journey to you, every once in a while there’s an accident - a forklift mishap, or a pallet tipped, or a delivery driver having a bad day (you’ve probably seen those YouTube videos!). Order still not arrived and it is passed the estimated delivery date. If this happens to one of your packages, don’t worry, we’ll make it right.

Please CONTACT US immediately.

If the damage is bad and it is obvious the products inside the package are damaged, don’t even sign for the item and refuse the delivery. If you notice there is damage to the shipping container but are not sure if the products inside are ok sign for the package and MAKE NOTE OF THE PACKAGING DAMAGE on the slip. Do NOT accept delivery without WRITING DOWN THE DETAILS OF THE DAMAGE on the delivery form first! Shipping companies will not satisfy an insurance claim without the damage noted by the customer.
