Product Questions
Does work with the SUP board carrier mounted on the rack? Will the board ride above the rail?
Question by: Max
The Surfboard Carrier (RRAC052) sits lower then the Expedition Rails and therefor will not allow the stand up paddle board to clear the Rails. You could always remove the rails that would interfere with the board since they're simple to install or remove.
Answer by: Front Runner
As per the installation instructions "If your Rack has already been fitted to your vehicle, you will need to remove the Rack in order to fit the Expedition Rails" Does this mean I need to remove the rack completely from my vehicle before installing this rail?
Question by: Steve
Hey Steve, If you intend to install a full perimeter, or a front/rear expedition rail kit, you will need to remove the rack from your vehicle to install. If you intend to install just the side expedition rails, removal of the rack will not be necessary. Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions. Best Regards, Bryan

Will this item fit the Slimline 2 rack off of a Tacoma?
Question by: Johnny
Johnny, Yes. This is the correct kit for a Slimline II Roof rack on a Tacoma. Let us know if you have anymore questions. Bryan Rush
Answer by: Front Runner
Can this be installed inverted? Instead of "top" rails, I would like to use these rails upside down on the bottom to offer more security on the Pick-Up Bed Rack application. Basically so smaller items can't be stolen.
Question by: Angel
No. You cannot install the expedition rails on the bottom of our rack system. However, you can install the expedition rails on the topside of our rack system and mount our rack upside down.
