We want the best customer support / salesperson for our outdoor adventure and vehicle accessory company, Front Runner Outfitters. We're primarily a web based business, but we also have a showroom at our warehouse and offices in Agoura Hills, CA.If you like trucks and camping, have strong people skills, want to work for a small but growing forward thinking company, and aren't afraid to make things happen, read on:

SKILLS

  • Strong verbal and writing skills.
  • Experience working in sales and customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of various vehicle makes and models, especially trucks.

HAVING ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING WOULD PUT YOU AT THE TOP OF THE LIST:

  • Love of outdoors - camping, off-road travel, adventure travel.
  • ZenDesk, Magento or similar CMS experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering customer support questions via telephone, email, ZenDesk/CRM, and in-store.
  • Showroom sales support.
  • Ideal candidates are focused, hard working, curious multi-taskers with a fair amount of grit.
