PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
From time to time our pricing may change due to business cost factors. Once a price adjustment goes into effect, we are unable to provide any customer refunds should a product be priced lower than what it was originally purchased for.
All Front Runner products ordered from us ship from our Hanover warehouse in Germany.
When online shopping with us from Sunday to Thursday, your order will usually leave our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours. Online orders placed on Friday afternoons or Saturdays will only ship the following week.
Please note that we don’t work on major German public holidays, and hopefully, you don’t too.
Unforeseen circumstances can delay the delivery of your shipment.

Customers (B2C)

We may ship some orders using Freight.
Front Runner Roof Top Tents, Drawer Systems, and some large orders will ship freight. Our web store is integrated with our shipping broker- all shipping cost are calculated for the weights and shipping address. If you do not get an instant shipping quote for large items please contact us.
Immediately after you place an order you will get an order confirmation email.
Your freight tracking information and your carrier’s contact info will only be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
It happens. While our packaging is designed to keep your gear safe on it’s journey to you, every once in a while there’s an accident - a forklift mishap , or a pallet tipped, or a delivery driver having a bad day (you’ve probably seen those YouTube videos!). If this happens to one of your packages, don’t worry, we’ll make it right.
Please CONTACT US immediately.
If the damage is bad and it is obvious the products inside the package are damaged, don’t even sign for the item and refuse the delivery. If you notice there is damage to the shipping container but are not sure if the products inside are ok sign for the package and MAKE NOTE OF THE PACKAGING DAMAGE on the slip. Do NOT accept delivery without WRITING DOWN THE DETAILS OF THE DAMAGE on the delivery form first! Shipping companies will not satisfy an insurance claim without the damage noted by the customer.
Tax Refund for Export of Goods (End-customers only)
In this case, the seller assumes the transport risk up to the specified delivery address, only here with the acceptance of the goods the risk is transferred and the buyer is responsible for the goods, but the transport costs are borne by the buyer.
B2C outside EU (DAP incoterm 2020)
In this case, the seller assumes the transport risk up to the specified delivery address, only here with acceptance of the goods does the transfer of risk occur and the buyer bears responsibility for the goods, the transport costs are borne by the seller, but are passed on to the buyer, any import and customs duties are borne by the buyer.
B2B within EU (CPT incoterm 2020)
In this case, the seller assumes the transport risk until the goods are transferred to the designated carrier, where the transfer of risk occurs, the seller bears the transport costs and registers this, transport costs are passed on to the buyer.
B2B outside EU (DAP incoterm 2020)
In this case, the seller assumes the transport risk up to the specified delivery address, only here with acceptance of the goods does the transfer of risk occur and the buyer bears responsibility for the goods, the transport costs are borne by the seller, but are passed on to the buyer, any import and customs duties are borne by the buyer.
UK ALL (DDP incoterm 2020)
In this case, the seller assumes the transport risk up to the specified delivery address, only here with the acceptance of the goods the risk is transferred and the buyer bears responsibility for the goods. Transport costs, import and customs duties are borne by the seller.
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
Credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX etc.)
When you place your order, you also send us your credit card details. Once you have been legitimised as the legitimate cardholder, we will ask your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after you have placed your order. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by the credit card company and your card will be debited.
Klarna
After placing your order, you will be redirected to the Klarna website. There you have the option of paying your order directly to Klarna in 14 days or in 2 months. The order can also be paid by direct debit, instant bank transfer or instalment purchase. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The order options available when purchasing with Klarna may vary and additional fees may apply. The invoice must be paid to the payment service provider Klarna. Your personal data will be treated by Klarna in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and in accordance with the information in Klarna's privacy policy. PayPal
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
iDEAL
Select iDEAL as the payment method at the checkout and then select your bank from the drop-down menu. Complete the order process. You will then be redirected to your bank's online portal where you can log in with your online banking credentials to make the payment. All the transaction details are already pre-filled and you just need to confirm the payment. After successful payment, you will be redirected back to us and receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Amazon Pay
Bancontact
Select Bancontact as your payment method at the checkout and complete the order process. You will then be redirected to the Bancontact online portal where you can either use the Bancontact app or enter your Bancontact card details manually to start the payment. Once the payment has been successfully authorised and processed, you will be redirected back to us and receive an order confirmation by email.
EPS
Select EPS as your payment method at checkout and complete the order process. You will then be redirected to the EPS online portal where you can select your bank. Once you have selected your bank, you will be redirected to your bank's online banking portal. Log in with your online banking credentials to finalise the payment. All transaction details are pre-filled and you just need to confirm the payment. After successful payment, you will be redirected back to us and receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Przelewy24
Select Przelewy24 as your payment method at the checkout and complete the order process. You will then be redirected to the P24 online portal where you can select your bank. The converted PLN price and exchange rate will be clearly displayed on the P24 bank homepage. Once you have selected your bank, you will be redirected to your bank's online banking portal. Log in with your online banking credentials to finalise the payment. All transaction details are pre-filled and you just need to confirm the payment. After successful payment, you will be redirected back to us and receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
We work together with the payment service provider Stripe to ensure secure payment transactions. Stripe is a PCI level 1 certified service provider. This is the strictest level of certification in the payment industry.
We reserve the right to restrict some orders to credit card payments only.
The iDEAL payment method is available for customers with a bank account in the Netherlands. 1-Click orders, digital orders and subscriptions cannot be paid with iDEAL.
With the Bancontact payment method, 1-click orders, digital orders and subscriptions cannot be paid with Bancontact.
The P24 payment method is available for customers with a Polish bank account. 1-Click orders, digital orders and subscriptions cannot be paid with P24.
