All Front Runner products ordered from us ship from our Hanover warehouse in Germany.
When shopping with us online Sunday - Thursday, your order will normally leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours. If you order before 12:00 CET, M-F, your orders will generally ship the same day. Orders placed online Friday afternoon through Saturday, will ship the following Monday. We do take major holidays off - and hopefully you do too!
Please note that unforseen circumstances due to regional limitations by couriers as a result of the ongoing global pandemic can slow down the delivery of your shipment.
Our inventory is live. If you can buy it, we have it in stock. If an item says out of stock: it's out of stock. Please contact us and we can let you know when we expect that item in.
Immediately after you place an order you will get an order confirmation email. Your PDF invoice will follow by separate email once your order has been paid for. Your shipping information and tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Free shipping for all roof rack kits within the EU.
From October 11, 2018 we are shippping all roof rack kits free of shipping charges (standard shipping) within the European Union, excluding Islands. Should you experience issues with the shipping cost calculation during checkout please contact us.
We may ship some orders using Freight.
Front Runner Roof Top Tents, Drawer Systems, and some large orders will ship freight. Our web store is integrated with our shipping broker- all shipping cost are calculated for the weights and shipping address. If you do not get an instant shipping quote for large items please contact us.

It happens. While our packaging is designed to keep your gear safe on it’s journey to you, every once in a while there’s an accident - a forklift mishap , or a pallet tipped, or a delivery driver having a bad day (you’ve probably seen those YouTube videos!). If this happens to one of your packages, don’t worry, we’ll make it right.

If the damage is bad and it is obvious the products inside the package are damaged, don’t even sign for the item and refuse the delivery. If you notice there is damage to the shipping container but are not sure if the products inside are ok sign for the package and MAKE NOTE OF THE PACKAGING DAMAGE on the slip. Do NOT accept delivery without WRITING DOWN THE DETAILS OF THE DAMAGE on the delivery form first! Shipping companies will not satisfy an insurance claim without the damage noted by the customer.
Tax Refund for Export of Goods (End-customers only)Please note that under German fiscal law we are not permitted to refund the VAT on purchases that have been exported by the customer over an international border if the purchased goods are to be used directly with vehicles (e.g. roof rack, drawer system, body protection). Therefore, we will not be able to process such requests.

With the submission of the order, you are sending us your credit card details at the same time.
After your identification as the legal cardholder, directly after the order, we will ask your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by the credit card company and charged to your card.
With the placement of the order, you are granting us a direct debit mandate. We will inform you separately about the date of debiting the account in an advance notification (pre-notification). With the submission of the direct debit, we request our bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically carried out and your account is debited.
Debiting the account takes place after you have received the goods.
The time limit for pre-notification regarding the date for debiting the account (pre-notification period), is 1 days.
During the ordering process you will be forwarded to PayPal's online website. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instructions to us. After submitting your order in the shop we instruct PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
After placement of the order, you will be forwarded to the online SOFORT GmbH website. In order to pay the invoice amount via SOFORT, you must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN process for participating in SOFORT, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instructions to us. You will receive additional information during the order process. The payment transaction will be carried out by SOFORT and debited to your account directly thereafter.
After submitting your order, you will be forwarded to the online Paydirekt website. In order to pay the invoice amount via Paydirekt, you must have an online banking account that is activated for participation in Paydirekt, be registered there or register yourself first, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instructions to us.
Directly after the order, we request Paydirekt to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by Paydirekt. You will receive additional information during the ordering process.
You may pay for your purchase by means of bank transfer after you have received the goods together with the invoice. We reserve the right to allow payment by invoice only after we verify your credit rating.
