I got a set of these and a pair of Maxtrax II boards, and the mounting holes on the boards don't line up with the slats on my Slimline II rack, either crosswise or lengthwise to the rack. How do you recommend/how are other people mounting these pins to hold these boards?

The MaxTrax Mounting Pin Set (REQU120) is used to replace the mounting bolts on the Front Runner Recovery Device Adjustable Side Brackets (RRAC103). The MaxTrax Mounting Pin Set doesn't actually attach directly to the rack, only through the pin/bolt holes on the Adjustable Side Bracket.

Do these maxtrax fit in the slots of a slim rack II?

The MaxTrax Mounting Pin Set - by MaxTrax (REQU120) are sold only to replace the pins in our Recovery Device Adjustable Side Brackets (RRAC103) so the pins themselves will not fit in the T- Slots of the Slimline Roof Rack. They are just meant to hold the MaxTrax onto the Front Runner Recovery Device Side Brackets.
