We're currently looking for Brand Representatives for the southern and eastern states of Australia. This is a new position that gives you the opportunity to work closely with the Australian team based in Sydeny and the Head Office in Johannesburg, South Africa. 

As a Brand Representative you will:

  • Attend shows, club events and other outdoor related activities.
  • Visit and expand our current dealer network.
  • Ensure customers always enjoy a great brand experience with exceptional customer service.
  • Work within a team whilst showing independence with outstanding work ethic.
  • Contribute to a dedicated team and a fun working environment.
  • Present, promote products and services to achieve brand visibility within your territory.
  • Manage relationships and collect feedback.
  • Manage your time acurately.

We want the best customer support for our outdoor adventure and vehicle accessory company. If you have strong communication skills, want to work for a small but growing forward thinking company, aren't afraid to make things happen and have a flair for the outback and outdoor lifestyle, read on:

SKILLS

  • Strong verbal and writing skills.
  • Experience working in customer service.
  • Proven interpersonal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • ZenDesk, Magento or similar CMS experience would be nice.
  • Love of outdoors - camping, off-road travel, adventure travel.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering customer support questions via telephone, email, and ZenDesk/CRM.
  • Coordinating order fullfilment with 3PL partner.
  • Resolving freight queries.
  • Coordinating between departments (internal / external / international) in assisting with day-to-day sales & administrative duties as required.
  • Assisting the team with coordinating meetings, events (shows / open days) and other activities.
  • Ideal candidates are focused, hard working, curious multi-taskers with a fair amount of grit.
