We're seeking an office manager with light bookkeeping experience.

Front Runner, an outdoor lifestyle brand and online store, is looking for an energetic, detail oriented team player to assist with accounting and general office admin at our Agoura HIlls location.

 

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Office management
  • Office organization
  • Bookkeeping
  • Scanning & filing
  • Answering phones
  • Running office errands
  • Running occasional errands for the company owners

 

MUST HAVE:  

  • Experience with GL entries, AP, AR, payroll, bank and credit card reconciliation
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy and fun office
  • Driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Experience with Sage is not required but a plus
