We’re hiring! Front Runner Outfitters is a world-renowned vehicle-based adventure gear company specialising in the toughest roof racks and accessories. We're looking for a Customer Service and Sales Support Representative to service our Australian market.


Your goal is to improve and maintain the backbone of Front Runner Australia. This includes a focus on strong customer relationships - internal and external. A professional appearance and a friendly, engaging character are crucial. Ability to work independently, diligently working through tasks, handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively are all key attributes to this position.


As a Customer Service and Sales Support Representative, you will deliver on the following:

Customer service

  • Represent the Brand across all platforms
  • Handle all customer service tickets (product enquiries, sales leads and complaints) from our website and social media channels and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads though our CRM system (Zendesk)
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with both customers and team members
  • Meet personal/team sales and customer service targets
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges
  • Liaise with couriers and freight companies
  • Assist with all aspects of administrative functions in B2B, customer data management (contact details, persons, addresses)
  • Coordinate between departments and operating units in assisting with day-to-day sales and administrative duties as required



  • Provide support to the on-road brand representative
  • Relationship management with B2B network
  • Maintain an event calendar which includes trade shows, open days, club events and other industry activities
  • Liaise with the marketing team to ensure all necessary collateral and social media is prepared in a timely manner
  • Dealer onboarding material is sent to new dealers and dealer showroom displays are prepared accordingly
  • Ensure the showroom is presentable and updated at all times
  • Assist with showroom sales



  • Responsible for managing admin between the finance team in South Africa and the Australian office, including the handling, forwarding and filing of paperwork as necessary
  • Follow up calls to dealers with outstanding accounts
  • Facilitating payments over the phone

  • Track record of over-achieving on set targets (customer service and sales targets)
  • Ensure customers always enjoy a great brand experience with exceptional customer service
