We do all that is reasonably possible to make your purchase easy and the products enjoyable. The products we sell are intended to enrich our customers lives, and we strive to make the world a better, more explored and understood place, one roof rack, one tent, at a time.

 

The products we sell that require an installation that falls just out of the realm of common sense will have downloadable instructions that you are encouraged to review before your purchase. We even have installation videos of some of our products. Watch those too.

 

Often our products will require installation using common tools. If there is some step in an installation that is out of the ordinary, or may require a trip to the hardware store, we’ll make every effort to point it out. And if you’re uncomfortable with any installation, the products can be easily installed by your local auto shop. Just bring them the instructions and your purchase.

 

It is our aim to take as much of the mystery out of our products as possible. We humbly believe our products are the absolute best overland vehicle accessories out there. We have nothing to hide!

 

We understand that this is not just an investment in your vehicle, but an investment in time - and we want to minimize the amount of time it takes to understand and install our products -- because at the end of the day, the less time you take preparing your vehicle - the more time you have to hit the road and begin exploring. And the more time you’re able to spend exploring, the happier you’ll be.
